MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

KFC are on the lookout for a brilliant  Talent Acquisition Partner (and real-life fried chicken connoisseur!) to join our People & Culture team. The job title is one thing but what we’re really after is a true KFC brand ambassador. We want someone who is a true fan of the brand, a dynamic, enthusiastic people person who always has their finger on the pulse of what great talent looks like and can quickly get to grips with the culture that fuels our results.

You’ll be reporting to our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who has a big vision to build a team that becomes a hothouse for talent acquisition and development at KFC, ultimately making KFC a top employer of choice.

This is an unbelievable role…you will be empowered to bring your personal vision to shape the future of talent at KFC with exposure to all areas of the business and our best leaders. You may join us as Talent Acquisition Partner today but you are waiting to unlock your own secret recipe of success to become a future leader tomorrow.

You will create and drive the recruitment and resourcing plan for our operations, engaging with key senior leaders throughout the journey. You will have a passion for building our employer brand using your innate curiosity to think through the full candidate experience. How we build KFC as a progressive employer of choice will also be top of mind for you so you will have a point of view on how we incorporate our diversity, inclusion and wellbeing strategies into the journey for new talent. We are a people business that happens to sell chicken and chips so being in tune with what it takes to help new starters grow and develop will always be important to you.

You will be leading our brand-new franchise talent hub, recruiting new talent for both our one system (950 plus restaurants!) as well as chicken HQ (what we like to call our Restaurant Support Centre). This is something new to us and we are very excited to be able to support our franchisees with someone who is a true recruitment expert that will bring consistency and future talent in to KFC.

You will be engaging with all levels within the business, so an adaptable, approachable communication style is key. This role could expand in to having a team once our franchisees see the fantastic results we will deliver.
