As a International Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a strategic partner helping our leaders find, attract, and hire the best talent to fuel Yum!’s growth around the globe. You’ll combine hands-on recruiting expertise with consultative guidance, shaping the way we connect with candidates and ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way. 

WHAT YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME DOING:

• Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies. 
• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding—for corporate roles across Yum!’s brands. 
• Build diverse pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and market research. 
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Yum!’s values. 
• Use data and metrics to track progress, share insights, and continuously improve how we hire. 
• Lead and contribute to projects that elevate our talent acquisition practices, from employer branding to process innovation. 
• Champion equity, inclusion, and belonging by embedding inclusive practices in every hiring process

WHAT WE'D LOVE FROM YOU

ABOUT YOU

• 8+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global organisation.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels
• Strong sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, networking, direct outreach). 
• Comfort with recruiting technologies (Greenhouse, Oracle, or similar ATS) and data-driven decision-making. 
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skill
