Description

The Restaurant Capability Delivery Partner will provide maternity cover support across key Restaurant Capability workstreams, helping to maintain delivery momentum and support restaurants through planned capability development and business change work.

The role will support the design, coordination and delivery of practical learning, leadership, culture and restaurant-readiness materials. Working closely with the Restaurant Capability team and cross-functional stakeholders, the role will help translate business needs into clear, practical support that enables restaurant teams and field leaders to perform, adopt change and build capability.

What you’ll do

  • Support the creation of practical learning and capability materials for restaurant and field audiences.
  • Develop clear guides, job aids, workshop materials, comms and supporting content.
  • Support leadership and culture activity, including Leading with Heart, Heartstyles, Breakthrough and RGM Academy-related workstreams.
  • Help manage business-change and restaurant-readiness activity linked to operational, people, technology, compliance or global changes.
  • Work with stakeholders across Operations, REX, People, Technology, Risk, Global and the wider capability team.
  • Gather input, manage feedback and ensure content is accurate, practical and restaurant-relevant.
  • Track actions, owners, timelines, risks, decisions and handover points across agreed workstreams.
  • Use field and stakeholder feedback to improve materials and support adoption.
  • Support clear handover and documentation during the maternity cover period.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong understanding of KFC, restaurants, field operations or a similar operational environment.
  • Ability to create clear, practical and engaging content.
  • Strong organisation and project coordination skills.
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and bring structure to moving pieces.
  • Practical problem-solving and ability to make recommendations.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in learning, training, operations, project delivery or change support would be beneficial.

Success in the role will look like

  • Priority workstreams continue with minimal disruption during Hannah’s maternity leave.
  • Restaurant-facing materials are clear, practical and easy to use.
  • Stakeholders are aligned and kept updated.
  • Risks, decisions and handover points are visible and managed.
  • Business-change activity is supported in a structured way.
  • The wider Restaurant Capability team has the capacity to continue delivering priority work while the longer-term strategy and structure are finalised.
