Description

The Super 8 Restaurants story began with a DIY conversion of a tiny Soho bar on Denmark Street, here Smoking Goat opened in 2014. We will always be an independent, small restaurant group and have now opened five unique restaurants; Smoking Goat, Kiln, Brat and Brat x Climpson’s Arch and Mountain. As a company we focus on meaningful relationships with our growers and suppliers.

As we grow our belief that restaurants can be better connected to farming and the seasons means that what is on the plate and in the glass remains the focus of what we do. Our restaurants are driven by our belief that we can serve beautiful produce in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Kiln is a Thai inspired Soho open kitchen restaurant with charcoal fired woks and grills.

Our cooking is influenced by the regions where Thailand borders Myanmar, Laos & beyond. Our approach guided by our sourcing of exceptional produce from wonderful farmers and growers. We like to work in a friendly, fast paced environment where research, creativity and new ideas are encouraged from everyone. We’re fortunate to have built relationships with people that grow the best produce that we can get our hands on, supporting small farms with innovative restaurant ideas. We hold daily briefings with the whole team, tasting dishes and wine from our ever changing menu. Don't worry about what you don't know, we want to teach you, but a humble approach and curious mind are essential.

We are looking for individuals who have experience in a similar restaurant environment and are accustomed to leading a kitchen team on shift, managing the flow of food service over the pass, growing the team’s knowledge and can undertake kitchen administrative duties such as due diligence, ordering, stock taking and rota writing. The ideal candidates will be passionate about produce, care about team development, have experience in a busy environment and eager to progress in the future.
