What will my role include?
Lead kitchen team in absence of Head Chef
Provide guidance and training to junior Chefs
Oversee kitchen stock and ordering
Assist Head Chef in creating new menus
manage food profit margins
Ensure HACCP and all legal documents are accurate and up to date.
Assist Head Chef is managing labour costs
Requirements?
Enthusiastic about their work
Experienced in Gastro pubs / Pizza experience preferred
Demonstrate great planning and organisation skills.
Able to cost dishes
Trained in HACCP
Fully certified in food & safety
Positive attitude
Committed to food & work
A great leader
Wants to progress and develop their career
Loyal, honest & respectful
