Job Summary:

As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and

coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service. You will play a key

role in creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for an exceptional dining

experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

• Maintain an organized and accurate waitlist during busy periods.

• Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials or promotions.

• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or takeout orders.

• Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area.

• Assist in coordinating large parties and special events.

• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Host or in a customer service role is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly and welcoming demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems is beneficial.
