Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with

precision and efficiency.

• Engage with customers to provide an excellent guest experience and

recommend drinks based on preferences.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and

replenishing supplies.

• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and compliant work

environment.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.

• Assist in creating and innovating new drink menus and promotions.

• Work closely with the bar and restaurant team to ensure smooth service.

• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage preparation.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beverage service.

• Personal license (preferred but not essential).
