The Kings Arms is a charismatic and cosy 20-room Georgian boutique hotel, close to Christchurch town centre and home to foodie-favourite restaurant. Our multi-award-winning restaurant in the historic heart of Christchurch is still the only restaurant in Dorset to have been awarded the Bib Gourmand for three consecutive years.
Sous Chef - Up to £18 per hour - Open to Flexible Applicants
- We have a superb opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food
- You will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience of working at Junior Sous/Chef de Partie level and be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
- Proficiency in achieving FCOS targets and familiarity with current food hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments is essential. Experience of pastry is desirable.
