How you can impact the business
- Your excellent customer
service skills will maintain a warm and welcoming environment guaranteeing
repeat custom
- You will support with the accurate and
timely completion of all store documents including having rotas completed in
advance to ensure staff punctuality and organisation
- Take an active role in assisting your
line manager with the training and development of the team in store, including
encouraging progression to create a skilled team
- You will ensure that all compliance and Health
and Safety standards such as allergens, full completion of store documents such
as the log book and in store risk assessments to maintain and pass EHO visits
- Assist your line manager to oversee
optimal stock and wastage levels by ensuring proper ordering, training of key
staff and monitoring sales patterns ensuring minimal waste
- You
will maximise sales opportunities through excellent presentation, optimal
ordering and all relevant sales techniques such as up selling as outlined in
brand standards
- You will work with your line manager to
monitor KPI’s and ensure targets are being met and reviewed consistently
through development plans in order to hit store targets.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant Costa
Coffee brand standards and communications including internal Goldex Investments
standards and communications, to ensure compliance and the passing of Costa
Checks
- Your people management skills will
ensure that you are constantly pushing your to get the best out of them
- To ensure consistent communications
with both your Line Manager and Office Staff to keep stores functioning. This
includes payroll and HR queries, raising maintenance issues and submitting
banking and any required paperwork on time
