To be a successful Kitchen Porter, an important part of our kitchen team, you will need;

• A positive, can do attitude to ensure all kitchen equipment, tools and guest crockery and cutlery are cleaned and ready when needed
•  To take pride in your work- confident in being a crucial part in the wheel of kitchen operations
•  A willingness to learn about different food, techniques and service styles- able to take on new tasks to support the chefs and colleagues
• A team player- there to support and ensure the wheels keep turning in the kitchen, really pulling through in those peak periods
