Kioku by Endo is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our talented team in the heart of London.

“Kioku” means memory in Japanese—this restaurant is just that: a mosaic of moments, flavours, and experiences curated by Chef Endo Kazutoshi, a third-generation sushi master.

Located at The OWO, overlooking Trafalgar Square, Kioku is more than a restaurant—it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, culture, and precision.


The Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and hygienic
  • Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
  • Supporting chefs with basic prep tasks when required
  • Ensuring waste is managed and disposed of correctly
  • Maintaining stock of cleaning supplies and reporting shortages
  • Following all health & safety and food hygiene procedures

You’ll be an essential part of the team, helping ensure smooth and efficient service every day.
