Responsible for: Cleaning of all kitchen areas
Hours: 50 Mixed Shifts – 5 days
Scope and
general purpose: Ensure the kitchen
and associated areas are cleaned to the Torridon standards, including all
floors, walls, equipment and preparation areas.
Main Responsibilities:
Guests & Quality
· Ensure all crockery, cutlery, and equipment are ready for service.
· Coordinate the washing of all restaurant crockery and cutlery.
Team
· Coordinate with the daily tidying and cleaning of Team Kitchen Areas.
Productivity
· Coordinate the washing up of kitchen pots, pans and utensils.
· Coordinate the full cleaning of the kitchen.
Health & Safety
· Comply with the Cook Safe Guidelines.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
· UK passport or pre-settled status/valid visa
· Preferable Housekeeping experience although full training is given
