Description

**We’re proud winners of the AA Small Hotel Group of the year 2024-25 and recently crowned Best Employer at the 2025 Springboard Awards for Excellence**

What you’ll be doing?

As Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Chef de Partie with the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality, rosette-standard food. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across the kitchen, bringing your passion, creativity and enthusiasm to the team while learning from our experienced chefs.

You’ll play an important part in maintaining the high standards our guests expect, while continuing to build your confidence and experience within a quality kitchen environment.

EHC are committed to offering opportunities to groups who may be underrepresented within our workforce. Within our kitchens, we would particularly welcome applications from female chefs as we continue to encourage greater representation across our culinary teams.

What you’ll need?

The successful candidate for the role of Demi Chef de Partie will be professional, enthusiastic and passionate about producing high-quality, Rosette-standard food. You’ll work closely with the wider kitchen brigade, supporting your section and continuing to develop your skills and confidence within a professional kitchen environment.

  • Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment;
  • A genuine passion for food and ethically sourced produce, with pride in every dish you help deliver;
  • Good organisation and timekeeping skills, with the ability to support the preparation of your section ready for service;
  • A willingness to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility as your experience grows;
  • The ability to work well under pressure and be a positive, reliable team player.

Your potential, commitment and enthusiasm are every bit as important to us as your technical skills.

What’s in it for you?

At Eden Hotel Collection, we’re proud of our award-winning approach to employee wellbeing, engagement, and recognition (with industry award wins in 2023, 2024 and 2025!) - which means you’re joining a team that values your happiness, growth, and success every step of the way.
