As Head Chef
of our award-winning No.44 Brasserie on The
Waterside you will be the key driver in delivering a creative culinary
experience that you will be proud of. You will be responsible for curating and
delivering through inspirational motivating leadership. The concept is a relaxed modern British brasserie
style, with a contemporary seasonal influence using the freshest and finest of ingredients.
You will have gained your skills in a
similar environment and use your skillset to demonstrate innovation through
creative menu design, great quality food in a modern, British brasserie environment.
