At our dazzling boutique hotel The Bird, near the centre of Bath we have a totally fabulous atmosphere. Colourful, with bold designs and statement artwork, we have fashioned a uniquely creative and lively work environment front and back of house.
Nestled within a quiet residential neighbourhood, we thrive on the peace and tranquillity being a stones throw from the city centre offers. Within these four walls however we have a vibrant little hot box of hospitality wonder. Whether our guests are dining in Plate, our colourful restaurant, or sleeping in a boutique bedroom it’s our team that really make the stay memorable.

As Kitchen Porter what you’ll be doing

Our Kitchen Porters are the backbone of our Kitchen, you’ll be in charge of keeping our lovely little kitchen clean, tidy and safe when you’re at work
Our team of Kitchen Porters are trained to take care of all the kitchen and restaurant pots and crockery which helps bring some variety to your day
Cleanliness is going to be a priority for you, you’ll be trained to help our Chef’s clean down and stay tidy through the day
Progression is something we like and if it’s something you like too then we will start to train you on basic food prep in the kitchen
Leave the job at the door. Once you hang your apron up this is the kind of job you can switch off from until your next shift, work life balance is important
