OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The Pastry Senior Sous Chef holds a key leadership role within the pastry kitchen, working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to manage and execute all aspects of pastry operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the consistent production, quality, and presentation of all pastry, bakery, and dessert items, maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence and visual appeal.

As the second-in-command, the Pastry Senior Sous Chef brings a blend of technical precision, creative innovation, and strong team leadership. The role includes contributing to menu development, overseeing daily preparation, managing inventory, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
