We are currently recruiting for a talented Head Chef to join our culinary team and manage the kitchen operations and ensure a consistent and high-quality culinary product.  As a Head Chef you will be reporting to the Executive Chef and overseeing a team of 24ppl.

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in a culinary environment in a similar role in a hotel environment, who has excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, good organisational skills and team leadership skills.

Working pattern: full time / shift work 

Salary: Competitive Salary 

As an Head Chef you will: 

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
  • Ensure compliances with all HACCP standards and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Be involved in menu development with a focus on achieving profitability targets and innovation. 
  • Ensure dishes are created to an exceptional standard using fresh ingredients. 
  • Be actively involved in training and developing the kitchen team. 
  • Working closely with the Executive Chef and managing a team of 24ppl.
