We are looking for a Sous Chef on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant. Somone who is an excellent leader and has great communication skills; able to lead and motivate. This position reports directly to the Head Chef and Executive Chef.
