We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team! We seek a skilled professional with over 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef, with a strong background in overseeing specific sections of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence and contributing to the overall success of the dining experience.
Location: Summer Lodge Country House Hotel, Dorset
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: Shift work, 5 days on, 2 days off
Salary: up to £32,000 including service charge and tronc per annum.
