We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team! We are seeking someone with a strong background in pastry, either as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Commis Pastry Chef, with over 2 years’ experience. A skilled professional with the ability to oversee specific pastry sections and a proven track record of upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence while contributing to the overall success of the dining experience. This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
Location: Summer Lodge Country House Hotel, Dorset
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: Shift work, 5 days on, 2 days off
Salary: £32,000.00 per annum
