Kitchen Porter ***luxury hotel in London***

We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team on a full time basis. This position reports into the Head Chef and Executive Chef. 

Working pattern: shift work / working 5 days on and 2 days off 

Salary: £23,795, plus service charge 

We are looking for someone who is friendly, flexible and showcases a professional attitude and enjoys working as a team and independently. 

As a Kitchen Porter you will be:

  • assisting the kitchen team in preparing and cleaning the kitchen areas before, during and after service.
  • operating pot-washing machinery and maintaining a hygienic working environment 
  • assisting the chefs and waiters as necessary 
  • checking chemical levels and inventory
