We are looking for a Chef de Partie. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Head Chef.
Working pattern: Shift work / Monday to Sunday / 5 days per week with 2 days off / rotas are done on a weekly basis.
Salary: Up to £30k including service charge
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in a culinary environment, either as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef with over 2 years’ experience. A skilled professional with the ability to oversee specific kitchen sections and with a proven track record of upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence and contributing to the overall success of the dining experience.
