Our Acorn kitchen team is looking for a Chef de Partie to join it’s passionate brigade.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for supporting the team during service, learning and growing with our passionate and skilled team of chefs. This is an exciting and creative role for any chef who would like to learn and progress within the industry, working with the finest local Dorset ingredients, helping create new and exciting seasonal menus.
The Acorn is very proud to champion local produce and has had great success recently winning Silver for Best Pub in England at the Visit England Awards.
Salary: Up to £29K including service charge (£23K per annum plus service charge)

The charming Acorn Inn transports you to the pages of a Thomas Hardy novel, as this 16th century coaching inn features in Tess of the d’Urbervilles. With old beams, oak panelling and roaring fires, an original skittle alley and fine local cuisine, this beautiful rural escape is complemented by warm, attentive service.
