About this role …

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Kitchen Team as a Sous Chef.

Our kitchens are fully equipped and modernised to provide the perfect environment for our chefs. You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and food production areas. You will lead and inspire the team, assist the Head Chef in menu compilation, help develop junior team members and provide great hospitality to our guests.

What we’re looking for …
• Qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in catering, ideally NVQ Level 3
• An honest team player
• Sound catering experience, gained in a minimum 3* environment
• The ability to delegate tasks and supervise Chefs below you
• Level 3 food hygiene
• High level of technical culinary skills
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
• The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
