A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHEF AT OUR HOTEL 

What you'll be doing...

    • To ensure that breakfast and dinner is cooked and presented to quality standards
    • Production efficiencies and wastage control.
    • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
    • Food Hygiene proficient
    • Receiving and checking deliveries
    • Assist with dinner service preparation as required.
  • WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

    • Genuine interest in cooking and enthusiasm for learning in a professional kitchen.
    • Some previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a willingness to work hard and learn is essential.
    • Understanding of basic food prep techniques and a commitment to improving your skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and food safety.
    • Team-oriented mindset, able to take direction well and support colleagues as needed.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying focused and reliable during busy services.
