 The Role

We are seeking a creative Head Pastry Chef to design and lead the pastry offering across the hotel, delivering memorable desserts that elevate the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create innovative dessert and pastry menus

  • Lead and develop the pastry team

  • Maintain exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency

  • Manage food costs and supplier relationships

About You

  • Proven pastry leadership experience

  • Creative, detail-focused, and quality-driven

  • Experience in a luxury or lifestyle setting preferred
