The Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food experiences while helping to build, train, and lead the kitchen team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport kitchen operations from pre-opening onwards
Lead service and maintain high culinary standards
Train and mentor junior chefs
Ensure food safety, quality, and consistency
Experience as a Sous Chef in a quality hospitality environment
Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
Passion for food and team development
