The Role

As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food experiences while helping to build, train, and lead the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support kitchen operations from pre-opening onwards

  • Lead service and maintain high culinary standards

  • Train and mentor junior chefs

  • Ensure food safety, quality, and consistency

About You
  • Experience as a Sous Chef in a quality hospitality environment

  • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail

  • Passion for food and team development
