The Role

As Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional dishes while developing your own skills in a high-performing kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in running a designated section

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance

• Support senior chefs during busy services

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

• Experience in a professional kitchen environment
