Why You?

As a Chef de Partie, you will assist the Chef Management Team in the development and delivery of their section and meals within the Hotel and restaurant; responsible for the day-to-day running and management of the assigned section and related health and food safety procedures, HACCP, as well as coordinating and participating with other sections.
You will be responsible for maintaining food quality and estimating food consumption, providing a daily order for the section you are working to the management team, and maintaining stock inventory.
You ensure the maintenance of our highest standards, and food recipes, timings, and tastes are according to our exacting standards.
The Chef de Partie need to show ownership of their section, providing exceptional food quality, standards of kitchen procedures, and cooking techniques to ensure high productivity, excellent teamwork, and food production that meets Broadwick Soho’s high standards.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent.
You will work with brilliant talent across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
