As a Talent of the Broadwick Soho team, you will drive the vision of being a glorious Hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our values of being independent, embracing, generous, and exquisite.

The kitchen Porter is responsible for keeping the kitchen areas clean and sanitized, washing all kitchen tools and utensils fast as well as dishes and organization and running the stewarding store and racks.

You will be responsible for maintaining food quality and estimating food consumption, providing a daily order for the section you are working to the management team, and maintaining stock inventory.

You ensure the maintenance of our highest standards, and food recipes, timings, and tastes are according to our exacting standards.

The Kitchen porter plays an essential role in kitchen activity. Their ability to organize and speed in cleaning will support all the chefs in the kitchen.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent.

You will work with brilliant talent across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

 

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience as a kitchen porter within a high pace restaurant or hotel five star
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and carry crates supporting the kitchen staff with the setup of the kitchen and deliveries 
  • Ability to stand for several hours
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
