We are currently recruiting for a Commis Waiter/ Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel and its destination restaurant May Fair Kitchen. Please note that this position is available on a zero hours basis.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join the restaurant team at The May Fair Kitchen, as a Commis Waiter/ Waitress.
As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be supporting the waiter/ess's serve tables and meeting guests needs.
You will have a good knowledge of the menu and will be able to answer any questions asked about the menu.
You will ensure that food is delivered promptly and placed in front of the guest in elegant way.
You will clear tables quickly so that the next course can be served and will make sure that the diner's table is well presented at all times.
As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you should be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros.
About You:
Previous experience of working as a Commis Waiter/Waitress ideally within a busy quality driven restaurant, however training can be provided.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
An Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
A passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with the latest food trends.
