We are currently recruiting for an Expeditor for May Fair Kitchen restaurant located within The May Fair Hotel.

Overview:

• As an Expeditor you will be responsible for setting the pace and flow in the restaurant, ensuring that a table's order is completed together and on time ensuring quality control.
• A food Expeditor ensures that all kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner and according to menu and customer specifications.
•  An Expeditor may also finalize the presentation of the plate and test the temperature of the food, to keep orders flowing from the kitchen to the diners.
• An Expeditor directs kitchen runners and waiting staff who are delivering completed orders.

 About You:      

• Is able to use EPOS System
• Hold Food Handling certifications
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good command of the English language
• Confident ability to communicate & establish rapport
• Has knowledge of technical service skills
