The role…
We have a superb opportunity for a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team. As a Commis Chef you will need experience of working in a quality food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and flair for hospitality are essential. You will need to ensure all food is served to the required Company standard, aid Head Chef in implementing new menus. To comply with all regulations as stated in the company policies. Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation. To strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
