We are now looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional desserts and baked goods that elevate the guest experience.
The Role
As Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating beautifully presented, high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked items that reflect the creativity and standards of the NICI brand. Working as part of a passionate kitchen team, you’ll play a key role in menu development and daily service within this exciting new opening.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present a range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to a high standard
Contribute ideas for menus, specials, and seasonal offerings
Maintain excellent kitchen organisation, hygiene, and food safety standards
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
