 The Role

As Night Kitchen Porter, you will ensure the kitchen is fully cleaned, organised, and reset for the next day’s service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep clean kitchen equipment and service areas

• Ensure all utensils and cookware are cleaned and stored

• Dispose of waste safely and efficiently

• Follow all health and safety procedures

• Support the wider team with end-of-day processes

• Comfortable working night shifts

• High attention to detail

• Self-motivated and reliable

• Committed to maintaining high standards
