The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our food offering to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food consistently
  • Design and develop seasonal menus that reflect current food trends and local produce
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Control kitchen costs, stock, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety and food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with senior management on concept development and guest experience

About You

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cuisine
  • Excellent organisational and financial management abilities
  • Calm under pressure with a hands-on approach
