What you'll do
As Head Chef for The Promenade and In-Room Dining Kitchen at The Dorchester, you will lead one of the hotel’s most versatile and high-profile culinary operations. From elegant breakfasts and refined afternoon teas in The Promenade to discreet, bespoke in-room dining, you’ll ensure every dish reflects the artistry, consistency, and heritage for which The Dorchester is known.
