We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team and help keep our operation running smoothly.

This is a vital role within the kitchen, supporting chefs and team members by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen and food preparation areas

  • Wash and store crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchen equipment

  • Assist with deliveries and the safe storage of stock and supplies

  • Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks where required

  • Dispose of waste safely and maintain recycling procedures

  • Ensure cleaning schedules are completed accurately and consistently

  • Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times

  • Help maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment

  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support service delivery

What We're Looking For
  • Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential

  • Positive and reliable approach to work

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible and proactive attitude

  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
