We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen brigade at Rothay Garden Hotel.
You’ll play a key role in delivering our refined, seasonal menus that showcase the very best of local and regional produce. Confident in running your own section, you’ll take pride in creating beautifully presented dishes that reflect both the hotel’s elegant style and the high standards of the Harbour Hotels brand.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 6 months’ experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a 1 or 2 Rosette kitchen

• Brings creativity, energy, and attention to detail to every dish

• Works confidently under pressure and thrives as part of a close-knit team

• Shares our passion for exceptional food and unforgettable dining experiences
