We are currently recruiting for a Bar Back to join Peter Street Kitchen restaurant at The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join Peter Street Kitchen, our exclusive destination restaurant located within The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel.
• You will be working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of our restaurant and bar operations.
• Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros Is able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micro's competency tests.

About You:

• Previous bar back experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is essential.
• Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
