Description

Kizuki is a locally owned, Japanese Ramen restaurant, with a passion for authenticity.

Kizuki is seeking both part-time and full-time Team Members. Our Team Members are the ambassadors who connect the Kizuki experience with our guests, and always deliver the best experience.

Responsibilities:

o Maintain a positive and calm demeanor at all times to keep store operating to standard

o Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.

o Follow Kizuki’s operational policies and procedures

o Be punctual and on-time.

o Basic mixology knowledge and bar duties, such as pouring beer, wine, sake, and liquor.

o Transport orders from kitchen and bar to appropriate tables.

o Maintain adequate supplies in station.

o Establishes an awareness of all menu information, promotions, merchandise and advertisements.

o Answer phone and assist customers with their needs.

o Educate and engage guests about ramen and the Kizuki brand.

o Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

o A min of 1 years’ experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields.

o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

o Ability to be vigilant and attentive to customers’ needs

o Excellent verbal communication skills

o Valid food handler’s permit, alcohol serving license preferred

o Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

o 18+ years of age
