As a Luggage Porter, you will be the face of our front office team, embodying confidence and exceptional communication skills to provide our guests with inspirational service. Your keen attention to detail, organisational prowess, and knack for interpersonal interactions will ensure seamless operations and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the concierge desk to facilitate the smooth flow of daily operations, ensuring prompt fulfilment of guest requests.
  • Handle luggage with care and efficiency, offering assistance to guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate a passion for detail in every aspect of your role, from luggage handling to guest interactions.
  • Work harmoniously within a team environment, contributing to our friendly and hardworking culture.

What you Need:

  • A keen willingness to work as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • A customer-focused mind-set, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.
  • Impeccable presentation and a warm, friendly demeanour that reflects the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
  • A passion for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving, ensuring that guest needs are anticipated and met.
  • Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
