As a Receptionist at Knightsbridge Hotel, you will serve as the face of hospitality, embodying warmth, professionalism, and a dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests with a genuine smile and providing a warm welcome upon arrival.
  • Efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for our guests.
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and reservations with promptness and efficiency.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area, contributing to the overall ambiance of the hotel.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable moments for our guests.
  • Upholding the highest standards of presentation and professionalism, reflecting the luxury and sophistication of Knightsbridge Hotel.
