Responsibilities:
- Lead the housekeeping department in executing daily tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Inspire and motivate your team to deliver excellence in every aspect of their work.
- Attend management meetings and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed rooms, ensuring they meet our exacting standards.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team skills and performance.
- Forecast departmental needs and manage stock control effectively.
- Develop daily checklists and streamline processes to optimise productivity.
What you Need:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a 5-star luxury hotel environment.
- Hands-on management style with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest interaction.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven leadership and motivational skills, fostering a positive team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Approachable demeanour with a genuine understanding of team needs.
