Are you ready to step into the heart of luxury hospitality? Firmdale Hotels invites you to join our esteemed team at the Knightsbridge Hotel. Renowned for our distinct style and unparalleled service, we are seeking a dedicated Floor Housekeeper to maintain the impeccable standards that define our brand.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Deputy Head Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper to lead a dynamic team, ensuring our hotel gleams with perfection. Your daily tasks will involve supervising operations, managing shifts, and upholding the exceptional standards that set us apart.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist in training new team members and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, striving to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
