As a Chef de Partie at our Knightsbridge Hotel, you will be an integral part of our dynamic kitchen brigade, contributing to the seamless execution of breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. From mastering intricate techniques to orchestrating the flow of the kitchen, you will play a key role in delivering culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute kitchen operations with confidence and precision, thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exhibit a deep passion for food, infusing creativity and flair into every dish you prepare.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our culinary team, ensuring smooth coordination during service.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality in all culinary creations.
  • Oversee stock levels and assist with ordering within your section, optimising efficiency and minimising waste.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, facilitating clear and efficient kitchen operations.

What you Need:

  • Proven experience in a similar culinary role, demonstrating proficiency in kitchen operations.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of culinary excellence.
  • A genuine passion for food and a drive to continually push culinary boundaries.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and efficient collaboration within the kitchen team.
