Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Team Leader to help deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the daily running of our cafés.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role on the shop floor leading by example, supporting your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and their perfect drink).

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  • Deliver outstanding service by engaging with customers and bringing the Knoops experience to life
  • Lead by example in creating welcoming, positive, and memorable interactions

Team Support & Leadership

  • Support, motivate, and guide the barista team during shifts
  • Help create a positive team culture with strong communication and collaboration

Operational Support

  • Assist with the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards
  • Support with stock management, product availability, and store organisation

Standards & Compliance

  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met
  • Maintain high levels of quality and presentation across all drinks and service

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a café, hospitality, or retail environment (supervisory experience is a plus)
  • A passion for high-quality drinks and exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
  • Ability to stay calm, organised, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
