This is an amazing opportunity for an existing team leader or supervisor to take a step onto the management ladder with us. It represents a fantastic opportunity for progression.

We are looking for a candidate who is fun-loving but focused and ready to join our new team, taking on an exciting challenge in a buzzing restaurant. We will provide all the training necessary to nurture you as an innovative manager to drive our unique service style in what we know will be an extremely popular restaurant. We pride ourselves on having a highly passionate and dedicated super team of staff who make our concept a reality. 

We expect our Trainee Managers to work closely with the Management team, focusing on both your own and your team’s development whilst maintaining high service standards. You will have responsibilities for some aspects of cost controls and Profit and Loss, as well as help to build the day-to-day and long-term success of the business. in return we also offer:
