Koya is an all-day Japanese udon restaurant with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal produce. It first opened in Soho in 2010 and now has two more branches in the City and Hackney. Our noodles are made fresh every morning and cycled out to all the restaurants.Located in the Bloomberg Arcade, Koya City is our second noodle bar, which launched in 2017 - 7 years after Koya Soho first opened its doors. As well as our signature freshly made udon noodles and dashi, at Koya City you can get our IZAKAYA-IzaKoya special small plates, designed to be enjoyed with sake and draught beers. Kanpai!
We are a small but growing company with an international and diverse team, looking for a friendly and hard-working CDP to join our team. We offer regular team bonding and learning experiences such as knife sharpening, butchery classes, tea tastings and supplier visits.
