Opening in the heart of Shoreditch, our newest location will be a 120-cover restaurant and bar, housed in a restored Victorian dispensary with design by Cake Architecture. Our newest location will continue the evolution of the Kricket brand - introducing our first all-day café and bar concept at the front, alongside our signature restaurant experience to the back. We aim to create a special space where guests can dine, drink, connect and unwind – all day, every day.
The Group
Kricket is a collection of modern Indian restaurants combining British ingredients with the flavours and aromas of India. Having started life in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates permanent locations in Brixton, Canary Wharf, and Soho, alongside our award-winning bar concept - SOMA. The group is looking to grow further in London and internationally.
What we look for
We are on the search for a Sous Chef who has plenty of previous experience in this role. Someone confident supporting their Head Chef across all areas including ordering, due diligence, menu creation/development, and maintaining our high standards. Research, creativity and new ideas are encouraged from everyone. You will be able to run a busy shift on the pass with your eyes shut whilst leading the brigade effortlessly! Above all, you will have a genuine passion for food!
